The VMA was okay this year, but not as much enthusiasm as other years before. Chelsea Handler was the host this year, she is one of the rudest talk show host you will ever see, but she tells is it like it is. She's a strong and bitter woman, or known as a "bitch". Other than that she did an okay job of being a host at the VMA. She made many rude comments about the celebrities who was there. For example, she made a joke of Ke$ha of being, well such a druggy person, it was so funny that I do agree, another one was about Jason DeRulo having is voice auto tune all the time. She also had made fun of how Lady Gaga dressed, and made a comment about Mariah Carey, she said that Mariah could not make it to the VMA because she had to drop off Nick Cannon in Preschool. She was really harsh but she was also true to herself. Eminem was the opening act featuring Rihanna, Kanye West performed, and then Taylor Swift, and other artist performed too. Lady Gaga won many awards during the night, she had won 5 awards, and that is a lot. Eminem, Justin Bieber, and other artist I forgot also won awards too.
